Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer (Frontend)  to join our dynamic team. As a  Software Engineer (Frontend) , you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences on our web applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Next.js or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive and interactive designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize web applications for performance and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA testers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, Next.js or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with web accessibility standards and techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a personal GitHub repository showcasing your work.

Employment Status:

• Job Nature: Full Time
• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office Modality: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday

Experience Requirements:

Salary

• 25,000-35,000 (BDT). Based on your experience.
• Salary Increases Twice a Year (Subject to Eligibility)
• Performance-Related Bonuses Twice a Year (Subject to Eligibility)
