The Challenge

UCT totally relied on direct online marketing on Facebook only and carried out the conventional brand promotion to engage people. The management team was troubling with the online marketing promotion of their social media platforms. The social media pages were not properly optimized, and the posted contents were not appropriate as per the company outlines. The attached graphics didn't meet the company's decor, and they failed to input related contexts to serve the audiences. UCT team was performing well in the traditional marketing sector but with low activities in the online business. Their digital marketing team failed to run any successful operation on media buying (Page/Contents Boosting), and as a result, their brand value was declining and losing leads in the RPL industry. Even there was no parameter controller for those media buying or page optimization, which caused low graphical flow in the online business for UCT. However, they wanted to change the work module for the media tasks and set ongoing online campaigns for each course under some specific goals and conditions.

Along with that, clients or students were dependent on online qualification services rather than visiting the distance. But the UCT team couldn't operate the formed RPL service promotions through digital marketing, which caused fewer students' engagement? The outturn was not very considerable, and the sales of RPL services were crashing within a short time. So, basically, the combination of media marketing, email marketing, event campaign, content posting, lead generation, and other online complications were the major issues to fix for Quadque Technology.

Our Approach

Quadque digital marketing team was assigned to operate the digital marketing sector of UCT to make the flow in online promotions and maintaining services. So, we started an operation program called 'UCT On-Marketing' to design, perform and maintain the digital platforms.

Comparing to previous online activities, we began our operation on media planning and did overall research for the UCT social platforms. We did our inspections on the media forms with all our elements and identified the primary problems. Then, our analyst team made a list of all media cons in an excel sheet. After that, we held a meeting with the UCT management to propose the entire matters regarding the media problems and budgeting.

We began media platforms set up and created new platforms as our initial tasks. Moreover, we managed to attract a particular group of people to engage for better outcomes for each course. Following the UCT instructions, we stringed along with a working schedule on-demand service in various projects of UCT's events.

With the consequences of the operation, our digital marketing team made some significant modifications in the overall scenario of the online pages. Our designer team assisted in creating unique content considering the business theme.
