Jr. Visualizer

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences. They are ready for hands-on projects at every stage of the content lifecycle, from brainstorming creative concepts with the project team and developing original campaigns, to participating in client presentations and ensuring deadlines are met, all the way to launch. We want you to create kick-ass work, yes, but we also want you to mentor junior designers and help shape their personal skills and design perspective.

• Regularly make creative content for social media and print.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, pre-production, and post-production.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Consulting with the project team and determining visual design preferences and expectations.
• Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts.
• Refining the output of paint and hand-draw applications by using visual design software.
• Enhancing digital images, including the application of contrasts and gradients.
• Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner.
• Meeting with the project team for feedback and editing designs, when required.
• Collaborating with IT developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities.
• Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media.

Requirements:

• Visualizer should have working experiences on motion graphics & video editing.
• Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
• Proven skills in Adobe Premier pro , After Effects , Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media.
• Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly and curiosity to pick up new skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication.
• Great attitude and a lack of ego.
• Prompt engineering and AI skills will be an added advantage.

Employment Status:

• Job Nature: Full Time
• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office Modality: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday
• 6-month probation period

Experience:

1-2 years of industry experience in agency is expected but not mandatory. It can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

Salary

• Negotiable, based on experience. If we like you, money won’t be a problem.
