Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic Senior and Junior Sales Executives specializing in sales. In this role, you will generate revenue by selling our products or services. Your primary duties will include reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and progress.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and sales records.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development.
  • Introduce company products or services to potential customers, explaining their features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns raised by customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy development.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills are a MUST. IELTS band score 6.5 or 7 holders will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Bangla and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Effective persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in selling products or services in the IT sector.
  • Certification in sales or telemarketing.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and software.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to facilitate communication with diverse customer segments.

Employment Status:

  • Job Nature: Full Time.
  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Office Modality: Sunday – Friday (6 Days).

Salary

  • Negotiable, based on experience. If we like you, money won’t be a problem.
  • Salary Increases Twice a Year (Subject to Eligibility)
