The Challenge

Jazza faced several challenges that had a significant impact on their online presence and business performance. One major hurdle was the lack of audience interaction, resulting in minimal engagement, feedback, and customer involvement. This led to a decline in sales, directly affecting the company's financial performance. Additionally, Jazza struggled with an ineffective social media strategy, where their platforms were not optimised and the content did not align with the brand's vision. As a result, visibility and reach were limited.

Jazza also encountered difficulties in promoting their brand effectively, failing to communicate their unique value proposition and aesthetic appeal. Moreover, the company faced low online activities, with infrequent updates across their website and social media channels, contributing to a diminished online reputation. To overcome these challenges, Jazza needed to reevaluate their online marketing strategies, enhance audience engagement tactics, optimise their social media presence, and implement robust brand promotion campaigns. By addressing these obstacles, Jazza aimed to regain momentum, attract a wider customer base, and revive sales, establishing a strong foothold in the competitive online fashion industry.

Our Approach

We took their project just 35 days before Eid. We did not have much time on hand. To assist Jazza in overcoming their challenges in this short time, we took a comprehensive approach. First and foremost, we redesigned their logo to give it a fresh and modern look that accurately represented their brand identity. Additionally, we set up their social media channels, ensuring they were properly optimised and aligned with Jazza's brand image. To enhance Jazza's online visibility and engagement, we provided them with a range of valuable assets. This included creating an eye-catching cover picture that immediately captured the attention of their target audience. We also developed compelling graphics for ads and tailored advertisements for both brand awareness and sales. Total 8 campaigns were launched in this time period. These targeted ads were designed to effectively convey Jazza's unique offerings and generate interest among potential customers. 

We also developed a content strategy to maximise Jazza's social media presence. This involved creating Facebook posts and visually appealing Instagram posts, each carefully crafted to resonate with their audience and promote their fashionable and trendy clothing line.Throughout the process, we closely monitored the performance of Jazza's social media channels, providing them with valuable statistics and insights. This allowed us to make data-driven decisions and continually optimise their online marketing efforts.

Results

  • Jazza invested a total of $460 in their promotional efforts.

  • The campaign generated significant exposure, with a total of 400,000 impressions and reaching an audience of 200,000. This high level of visibility helped increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.

  • Jazza received over 1,300 messages from interested individuals who engaged with the brand. This indicates a strong level of customer interest and interaction resulting from the campaign.

  • Assuming a conservative 5% conversion rate, Jazza achieved approximately 70 conversions. These conversions represent customers who made a purchase as a result of the promotional campaign.

  • With an assumed average product price of 2,500 BDT, Jazza generated a total revenue of over 170,000 BDT. This revenue surpasses the invested amount in promotion by nearly three times, demonstrating the campaign's effectiveness in driving sales and profitability.
