NTA was worried about problems with other web platforms and its official website. The pages on the previous website were improperly formatted and insufficiently organized. The text fonts also complied with the company's outlooks and color schemes. The web shades did not adhere to the required theme for the business and did not match the logo.

Background
Noble Training Academy (NTA) was established in 2016, and it privately operates Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our courses are provided within a short process in Australia. We offer the RPL and a range of nationally recognized qualifications from Certificate III to Diploma in the beauty industry. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an evaluation process used by NTA to evaluate a candidate's expertise, skills, knowledge, and experience acquired by working and learning in Australia. Whether through life experience, education, or other activities such as volunteering. NTA can also provide credit for units of competency, which takes less time to complete a certification.
The Quadque team was assigned to build a learning management platform for the NTA's website as it was very apprehensive about the upcoming situation of NTA's online services. So, our team had arranged an operation program for the client to build a Moodle Web Application on the website database.
We researched the NTA website with all our elements and initiated the website's primary problem. Then, our research team made a list of all website bad strings into an excel file, and we did a meeting with the NTA to discuss all the matters regarding the web problems and budgeting. After getting the work order from our company's end, we picked a web theme to customize according to the company's perspective with the help of our designer team.
First of all, we emerged our operation with design for the web application page. We created some of the samples to show our clients and got an outstanding platform design chosen by the NTA management. Here, we started our second step with the application design and web page arrangement process. We gave the best efforts on the webpage design to give astatic outlooks and a better view. There were significant changes in the whole perspective of the web Moodle pages by creating a new web plugin and a premium-ready theme. We did the web UI/UX development to change the best pattern for the viewers.
After finalizing the application design, we started to work on the development sector of this web application. Our next step was to uprise the site development and web management services of the Nobel Training Academy (NTA). Our backend service was operated through the programmer teams using Laravel framework and PHP coding to maintain all the relevant data in the My SQL database (Company's Databased). The programmer team had a significant role in the backend and Frontend tasks to complete a recommended user interface and login menu. The team created an exemplary application web interface and added unique graphical content to engage the visitors.
We did the e-learning application maintenance jobs for the NTA agency. Still, our maintenance tasks are ongoing, and the designed website was super dynamic and got healthy speed optimized for the application forms. According to the website theme, we added key features, hover, motion graphics, micro-interaction, component sections, and other necessary aspects. We maintained a job calendar for all application solutions tasks, and we got prepared with new ideas for the operation months. At the end of the month, we researched the overall outcomes of NTA web application traffic and user demand throughout a team meeting every month.
Finally, the NTA Web Moodle Application program had many phases and obstacles to solve. After standing on every operation corner, we met communication gaps with the NTA management and lacked information to complete our day-to-day activities. Still, we played a significant role in building, maintain and modernize the web application structure for the NTA's online business.
In the covid pandemic, RPL students were worried about getting the certificates and other online educational services from the home. Regarding this matter, the NTA management team failed to provide the candidates with the course material and proper instructions. This caused a significant failure to fulfill the client’s demand on board.
Along with that, the NTA website couldn’t perform the best results on online education, and the company was losing its online visitor in a downward. Even the students were not getting any proficiency from the NTA website about their study or training courses. NTA was thinking of providing an e-learning system for the students in Australia. But for the lack of experienced IT sector, this initiative was not possible to implement by the authority.
So, basically, the main challenges were to develop an excellent, modernized, and user-friendly Moodle Web Application for a pleasant user experience by the students. The main deal was to provide the solution on the web package combination in the e-learning management application by developing, upgrading the design, maintaining web pages glitched, and other fixing issues via the Quadque team.
After the NTA Moodle Web Application was constructed, the application's operational functions managed to offer course guidelines, segments, learning activities, student RPL related issues, and many more regarding the beauty courses.
With online educational service, the NTA website got free traffic and organic visitors, and the RPL users are getting more comfortable directing their educational activities through this web application.
NTA's students get a scheduled calendar for their training classes, exams, and notifications through this online web application.
Around 1500+ new students got their services after Quadque accumulated with the web application build operation in prior operation months.
Even online engagement in NTA's official website got massive visitors, which reached up to 30% more than the usual after the web application got its place.
